Recipe Ingredients
Maggie Umda Chawal 1 packet
Rice (soaked) ½ kg
Water 3-4 cup
Oil/ clarified butter 4-5 tbsp
Potatoes 3-4
Red chili flakes ½ tsp
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Cloves 4-5
Green chilies 2-3
Recipe Method
Take 4-5 tbsp oil in the pan and saute cumin seeds, 4-5 cloves and potatoes. When the potatoes are cooked add in 4 cups of water and bring it to boil. Then add in soaked rice. When the rice is cooked add in 1 packet Maggie Umda rice (biryani maza), green chilies and simmer it for 8-10 minutes. Serve Maggie Umda Karari Biryani with raita.
