Recipe Ingredients
Boneless chicken ½ kg cut into 3 inch cubes ½ kg
Raw papaya 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cream 4 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Green color pinch
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Green chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
Method
Marinate all above for 1 hour, put on skewers and BBQ or grill in a grill pan.
