Grilled Chicken


Ingredients
Chicken (Pieces) 500 grams
Soya Sauce 4 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Olive Oil 2-3 tbsp
Sesame Seeds Oil 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Take a mixing bowl add 4 tbsp of soya sauce , 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste , 1 tsp of crushed black pepper and 1 tbsp of corn flour , 1tsp of sesame seeds oil and to taste salt mix it well make a marnination. Now add 500 grams chicken and steam the chicken in 20-25 minutes. Take a grill pan add 2-3 tbsp of olive oil ½ kg of chicken pieces when its cook and grill marks appear on chicken. Now take it out in a serving platter and serve it.

Method for grilled chicken

Marinate chicken with salt, lemon juice and ginger paste, leave overnight in fridge, heat oil add coarsely ground black pepper, ,marinated chicken, fry for 10 minutes add 1 cup water, cover and cook till chicken done, remove chicken in a platter, pour garlic sauce in it, serve with fries.
