Recipe Ingredients
Boneless breast fillet 4 flatten
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Flour 4 tbsp
Egg 1 beaten mixed with 1 tbsp milk
Corn crumbs ½ cup
Bread crumbs ½ cup
Tomato 1 cut into tiny cubes
Cucumber 1 cut into tiny cubes
Onion 1 small cut into tiny cubes
Salad leaves as required
Ingredients for sauce
Mayonnaise ½ cup
French dressing 2 tbsp
Sweet chatni 1 tbsp
Mustard1 tsp
Recipe Method
Marinate chicken fillet with salt, pepper, mustard and vinegar, toss in dry flour, dip in egg and milk mixture then in combined crumbs to coat, deep fry in frying pan until golden, slit burger buns, toast slightly spread with butter and mayonnaise, put salad leaves, chicken, chopped vegetables, drizzle lavishly with sauce and serve immediately.
