Recipe Ingredients
1 kg Chicken feet
1 Onion
1/2 kg Chicken wings
50 gm Whole turmeric
4-5 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Garlic paste
1 tbsp Turmeric paste
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Oil
to taste Salt
Ingredients for spices
2-3 cloves Garlic.
2-3 Cinnamon sticks
as required Black cardamom
1 tbsp shah zeera
Recipe Method
In a pan, add 50 grams turmeric, 1 kg chicken feet, 4 to 5 cloves of garlic, 1 onion and 2 jugs of water and cook on low flame for 4 to 5 hours. When the mixture is ready, strain away soup and put aside the bones. In a separate pan, add 2 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp butter and 1/2 kg chicken wings and fry. While frying, add 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp turmeric paste and salt to taste and saute. Now add this mixture to the soup and cook until chicken is tender. To form masala mix, grind 1 tbsp shah zeera, 2 to 3 cloves, cardamom to requirement and 2 to 3 cinnamon sticks. Sprinkle this masala mix on soup and serve.
