Recipe Ingredients
Fish fillet ½ kg
Boiled onion 1
Onion chopped 1
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
Yogurt 250 gm
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Crushed cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 4 tbsp
Flour ¼ cup
Green chilies chopped 3 – 4
Recipe Method
Cut fish fillet into cubes, marinate with 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt to taste and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
Now coat with dry flour and shallow fry till golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
Heat 3 – 4 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 chopped onion and fry till golden brown.
Now add ground onion, yogurt, salt to taste and chopped green chilies. Then add ½ cup water, cover and cook for 4 – 5 minutes.
Cook till sauce thickens, add chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp crushed cumin seeds and fried fish. Mix well.
Dish it out, sprinkle with a little all spice powder and serve.
