Ingredients:
White Flour or All Purpose Flour 500 grams
Sugar 1 tsp
Clarified Butter 2-3 tbsp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Method:
Take 500 grams of all purpose flour or white flour add 1 tsp of sugar a pinch of salt and 2-3 tbsp of clarified butter and add as required water to make a dough. Cut the dough into small balls Roll the balls with the help of rolling pin. Then heat the oil in a fry pan. Fry the paratha’s till its golden brown crispy and serve it.
