Recipe Ingredients
1/2 kilo Spinach
1 cup Split white lentils
7 Whole Red Chili
3 Green chilies
6 whole pepper corn
to taste Salt
4 Garlic cloves
8 tbsps oil
Recipe Method
Heat oil in a pan and add the garlic cloves.
Fry till golden brown in color.
Add the lentils with spinach and spices.
Do not add water, cook on low heat till lentils are tender.
Steam for 10minutes before serving.
Serve with boiled rice or rotil.
