Recipe Ingredients
Rice ½ kg
Mutton ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Brinjal 1
Ridge gourd 1
Cauliflower 1
Onion 2
Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tbsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Recipe Method
Wash and clean rice and soak it for 2 hours.
Boil the rice and drain the water.
Now take water, ginger garlic paste, onions, black pepper, turmeric powder, all spice powder, paprika powder, cinnamon sticks, mutton and some salt in a pan and boil it till the stock and mutton separates.
Separate the mutton from stock.
Now take oil in a pan and fry brinjal, ridge gourd, cauliflower in it.
Now take a separate pan and add in the mutton first than add in the fried vegetables.
In the end set up the rice.
Put stock from the top.
Simmer than dish it out and serve.
