Recipe Ingredients

Flour250 gm
Baking powder1 tbsp
Olive oil3 – 4 tbsp
Khoya125 gm
Almond chopped50 gm
Pistachio chopped50 gm
Sugar125 gm
Sugar syrup½ cup
Oil for fry

Recipe Method

In a bowl mix together flour, baking powder and olive oil. Then knead to a medium consistency dough with water as required.
Wrap the prepared dough in plastic and keep aside.
In a bowl mix together 50 gm chopped almond, 50 gm chopped pistachios, 125 gm khoya and 125 gm sugar. Mix well and keep it aside.
Roll out the dough, cut into squares.
Spread a little khoya mixture on top of one square, top with another piece. Brush the edges with a little water and press well.
Now deep fry until golden brown and crisp.
Remove from oil, pour ½ cup warm sugar syrup on top.
Before serving sprinkle a little khoya mixture, chopped almonds and chopped pistachios on top.
