Rice, boiled 2 cups
Oil 2 tbsp
Capsicum, cubed 1
Tomato, seedless and cubed 1
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Peri peri sauce 1 tbsp
Recipe Method
Heat oil, add rice and sauté, add in capsicum and tomato cubes sauté, add in soya sauce, peri peri sauce and mix well and serve with peri peri chicken.
