Ingredients:
Butter 1 cup
Caster sugar 1 cup
Egg white 1
Egg yolk 1
Sifted flour 2 cups
Cinnamon powder 1-1/2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chopped nuts 1-1/2 cups
Method:
Beat the butter and sugar. Add the egg yolk and flour, cinnamon and salt. Press the batter into prepared pan. Beat the egg white until foamy and spread sparingly over batter. Press on the nuts. Bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
