Recipe Ingredients
1/2 cup butter (ghee)
1/2 cup sugar
5/8 cup buttermilk
1 cup semolina
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
For sugar syrup
1\2 cup sugar
1\2 cup watermelon juice and rose water to taste
Recipe Method
Preheat oven to 170C/350F degrees.Melt butter, allow to cool to room temperature. Combine sugar and buttermilk in a large bowl.
