Masala Bharay Tinday Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

Round gourd ½ kg
Onion chopped 2
Lemon 2
Mint chopped ½ bunch
Aniseed 1 tsp
Red chili crushed 1 tsp
Whole coriander 1 tbsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste
For gravy:
Green coriander chopped 1bunch
Onion 2
Lemon 2
Green chilies chopped 2
Oil ½ cup
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Recipe Method

First peel the ½ kg round gourd and cut from upper side and take out all the pulp.
Now chop 2 onions. Grind 1 tsp aniseed with 1 tbsp coriander.
Heat 1 tsp oil and fry onion with grinded spice. Then take it out .
then add 2 lemon juice, 1 tsp red chili crushed salt to taste and ½ bunch mint chopped to mix and fill gourd with mixture and cover them with the top with help of thread or tooth pick. In a frying pan, heat half cup oil to shallow fry the round gourds.
Now take a deep pot and fry 2 onion till it turns golden brown.
Then add 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste, 1 tbsp red chili powder and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste to suate and round gourd and simmer for 5 minutes to simmer and garnish it with 1 bunch green coriander, 2 green chilles chopped and 2 lemon juice to serve.
