INGREDIENTS:
Tomatoes 4-5
Mince ½ kg
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Crushed Red Chilies 1 tbsp
Nigella Seeds 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Onions 1
Crushed Green Chilies 4
Lemons 4
Curry Leaves few
Salt to taste
Oil 1 cup
METHOD:
First wash 4-5 tomatoes and cut it from the top and take out the pulp from the centre. Now in a pan add ½ kg mince, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp turmeric powder and salt as required and cook it.
When the water of the mince evaporates, then add 4 chopped green chilies, 1 tbsp crushed red chilies, few curry leaves, 1 finely chopped onions, tomato pulp, 1 tsp nigella seeds and 2 tbsp oil and cook it.
Then add 4 lemons (lemon juice) and cool it and fill it in the tomatoes and then cover it with the tooth picks.
Then heat oil in a frying pan and then put the tomatoes in it and then fry it a bit and then spread it on the mince. Put it on simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, Delicious bharay huwe timatar are ready.
