Recipe Ingredients
Cauliflower 1/2 kg
Salt & black pepper to taste
Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Garlic & ginger paste 1 tbsp
Finally chopped 1 cup
(Onion, carrot, capsicum, spring onion)
Chili powder 1 tsp
Oil
Corn flour as needed
Recipe Method
Remove the cauliflower bud, and dip them in salty water
Now fry them deep, till golden brown
Make Manchurian sauce,
Take a deep pan, put some oil, tomato ketchup, garlic ginger paste, salt & black pepper, brown and white sugar, soya sauce and add finally chopped mix vegetables
Sauté them, and add the cauliflower on it, rest sauce for couple of minutes.
Califlower Manchurian is ready to serve.
