Recipe Ingredients
Sole fish fillets 750 gm (boneless, pieces)
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Olive oil ¼ cup
Spinach 1 cup
Parsley 1 tbsp (chopped)
All purpose flour 4 tbsp
Almonds 5 tbsp
Recipe Method
Add 3 to 4 tbsp water and spinach in a pan, cover it and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Then take it out in a bowl and store in fridge for a while.
In another bowl take the fish, salt and 2 tbsp lemon juice and mix well.
Fill spinach in fish and make rolls.
Now add all purpose flour in a bowl and coat the fish roll in it. Marinate for a while.
Then add olive oil in a pan, cover and fry fish on low heat.
After 2 to 3 minutes turn the fish roll side.
Sole fish will be ready within 7 to 8 minutes.
Separately, add little oil in a pan and fry the almonds.
Put fish on a plate garnish with parsley and fried almonds.
Serve hot.
