INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Boneless 1kg
Corn Flakes 2 cups
Cheddar Cheese ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Milk ½ cup
Eggs 2
Oil for frying as required
METHOD:
Make small pieces of boneless chicken and in a dish add ½ cup cheddar cheese, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp lemon juice and ½ cup milk and mix it properly and keep it for 2 hours.
Now mix it properly with your hands so that the masala gets absorbed in it.
Now beat 2 eggs and chop the chicken in the eggs and put 2 cup corn flakes and fry it in hot oil.
