3 cups boiled rice
300 grams Beef mince
1 1/2 cups kidney beans(boiled)
1/2 cup cottage cheese cubed
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp Red chilies crushed
4 tbsps chicken stock
to taste Salt
4 tbsps Oil
Recipe Method
Heat oil in a pan and add mince and fry till water dries
Add red chilies, paprika, salt, kidney beans and chicken stock
Mix well
Add rice and stir for 2mins
Spread grated cottage cheese over rice and cover it for 5mins
Serve hot.
