Meat Pakoras Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1 kilo beef slices
2 tbsps Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp hot spices powder
to taste Salt
2 tbsps Raw papaya paste
5 tbsps pearl millet flour
4 tbsps cornflour
1 cup Onion chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
4 tbsps fresh coriander (chopped)
4 tbsps mint leaves
3 tbsps Green chilies
1 Egg
3 cups Oil

Recipe Method

Marinate meat with ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, hot spices, salt and raw papaya for at least 2 hours
Add millet flour, cornflour, onions, tomatoes, fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chilies and egg
Mix it well
Heat oil in a wok, fry meat mixture in spoonfuls on low flame till golden
Remove on butter paper
Serve with chutney
