Minced Samosa

INGREDIENTS
Ingredients
For filling

3 tsp desi ghee
½ kg minced mutton
Salt to taste
½ tsp cinnamon powder
2 tbsp coriander
10 -12 mint leaves

For dough

1 cup refined flour
Salt to taste
½ tsp garam masala
2 tsp soaked saffron
½ cup milk
egg
½ cup egg wash
For greasing oil

METHOD

In a pan heat some oil, add the minced mutton, salt and cinnamon powder and sauté it. Now add chopped coriander and mint leaves and cook for a while. Once the filling is ready keep the flame off and let it cool.
To make the dough take refined flour in a bowl, salt, garam masala and soaked saffron and mix it well.
Now add milk to the mixture and knead it till it’s in breadcrumb consistency, then add an egg and knead a dough.
Now dust a little refined flour on the platform and roll the dough in length. Cut the rolled sheet in two long halves. Brush the sheets with egg wash.
Now on one rolled sheet spread the keema filling on it and cover and seal it with another rolled sheet.
Cut them into squares and give a design to the edges with the help of a fork.
Take a bowl mix egg wash and milk together and brush it on the minced samosas.
Grease a baking tray with oil, put the samosas on the tray, and bake it at 180-190 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
