INGREDIENTS
For batter
1 cup rice flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp oil
1 tsp butter
For stuffing
1 tbsp butter
1 green apple
1 red apple
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 cup pomegranate juice
2 - 3 chopped fig
For garnish
Chocolate spread as required
2 - 3 tsp powdered sugar
Chocolate sauce as required
2 - 3 cherries
1 sprig mint
Strawberry syrup as required
PROCESS
To prepare batter of the crepe; in a bowl add rice flour, milk, eggs, oil and beat it. Rest the batter for 5 - 10 minutes.
To prepare the stuffing chop a green and red apple. Now heat butter in a pan and add the chopped apples, powdered sugar, pomegranate juice, chopped figs and mix well.
Heat a pan and add the prepared batter and with the help of a crepe stick prepare crepe. Add butter and cook from both the sides. Once cooked remove it.
Slit the prepared crepe and fill it with filling and then roll it.
In a plate spread chocolate spread and place the stuffed crepe on it, drizzle powdered sugar and add chocolate sauce.
Chop the cherries and garnish with it.
Further garnish with mint and strawberry.
