Rice 2 cup
Eggs 4
Garlic (chopped) 4 cloves
Yellow food color a pinch
Green onion 1 cup
Oil ½ cup
Fresh milk ½ cup
Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Recipe Method
Wash and soak 2 cups of rice. Add in the fresh water and some water. Boil it. Then drain the water and simmer. Dish out the rice. Put ½ cup oil in the pan and add in chopped garlic. Saute it till it changes the color. Add in soya sauce, 2 tbsp white vinegar and 1 tsp sugar. Stir fry the rice. Beat 4 eggs and add ½ cup milk in it. Put some salt, yellow food color, green onion.mix everything and make omelet out of it. Heat the rice and mix some sesame oil in it. Take a serving dish, spread omelet on it than put rice over it. The put some omelet on it and serve.
