INGREDIENTS:

Egg 1
Onions 2
Buns 4
Mince ½ kg
Corn Flour ½ cup
Cumin 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Pomegranate Seeds 1 tbsp
Whole Coriander 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
Oil For frying

METHOD:

In ½ kg mince add 2 onions, ½ cup corn flour, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp pomogrante seeds, 1 tbsp whole coriander, 1 egg and 2 tsp red chili powder and mix it and make kababs and then freeze it. When you have to make it, then take it out before 30 minutes and shallow fry it and serve it with buns.
