Ingredients
Chicken ½ kg
Onion paste ½ cup
Tomato 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chili paste 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Mustard seed 1 tsp
Cumin powder ½ cup
Yogurt ½ cup
Mustard oil 4 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Green coriander for garnish
Method:
In a wok add 7 tbsp mustard oil, 2 tbsp oil and ½ kg chicken to cook. Then add 2 tbsp chili paste, ½ cup onion paste, ½ tsp all spice powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tomatoes, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp mustard seed and salt to taste to cook. When masala get ready add ½ cup yogurt and cook on low flame. Dish it out garnish with green coriander and serve.
