Zebre



Ingredients:

Boiled Rice 1 cup

Milk ½ cup

Jaggery (Chopped) 2 tbsp

Cream ½ cup

Sugar as required

Oil or Clarified Butter for frying

Method:

Take 1 cup of boiled rice , 2 cups of milk, 2 tbsp of jaggery add ½ cup of cream and blend to make a paste. Now take a pan heat the oil or clarified butter now fill the paste in piping bag fry the paste shape it like jalebis. Fry all the zebra,s till its golden brown. Take another pan add as required sugar and water to make sugar syrup Dip and soak it into the sugar syrup serve it to the serving paltter
