Ingredients:
Plain flour 1 cup
Finely chopped onion 1 medium
Finely chopped capsicum 1 medium
Finely chopped green chillies 1 to 2
Salt as per taste
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Egg 1
Water 1/2 cup
Cheddar /mozzarella cheese 1 cup shredded
Oil for frying
Method:
Mix all the ingredients except cheese in a large mixing bowl and mix it well. Add cheese and make thick batter like pakora batter. Make small puffs and set aside. Heat the oil in a deep wok and fry the puffs until golden in color and crisp. Drain the excess oil and serve hot with ketchup.
