Vegetable Tempura



INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
2 - 3 pinch cooking soda
Salt to taste
2 - 3 tbsp all purpose flour
8 - 10 parboiled green beans
3 - 4 ladyfinger
1 small brinjal
¼ green zucchini
4 mushrooms
Oil for frying
For Sauce
2 - 3 finely chopped red chilli
¼ cup soya sauce
2 tsp grated radish
¼ sliced white onion
1 tsp grated ginger
For Garnish
Chopped red chilli

PROCESS
Mix egg yolks, cooking soda, salt and all purpose flour in a bowl till a bread crumb consistency is formed.
Now add water and form a batter.
Heat oil in a wok.
Meanwhile chop brinjal, ladyfinger, deseeded zucchini, green beans and mushrooms.
Coat all the chopped vegetables in the batter.
Now deep fry the coated brinjals in the oil.
Take out the fried brinjals and fry the ladyfinger, mushrooms one by one, till they turn golden brown.
Now fry zucchini and green beans together.
To prepare a sauce, mix finely chopped red chilli in the soya sauce.
Serve the prepared tempura with grated radish, onion and ginger with chopped red chilli on top and also the prepared sauce.
Your Vegetable Tempura is ready.
