Aniseed Dinner Rolls



INGREDIENTS
For Dough

Refined Flour: 1 ½ cup
Salt: to taste
Powdered Sugar: 2 tbsp
Steamed Curd: 1 tbsp
Curd Water: as required
Olive Oil: 1-2 tsp
Olive Oil: for greasing
Aniseeds: 1-2 tsp
For Dip
Olive Oil: 1-2 tsp
Curd: 1-2 tbsp
Aniseeds: ½ tsp
Icing Sugar: 1 tbsp
For Garnish
Dip
Aniseeds

PROCESS
In a bowl add, refined flour, salt, powdered sugar, steamed curd, curd water, olive oil, mix well & knead the dough.
Rest the dough for 30-40 minutes.
Now roll the dough & cut them into small roundels.
Grease the perforated tray with olive oil, place the roundels on it, brush curd water on it & sprinkle some aniseeds on it.
Place the perforated tray into the baking pot & bake for 12-15 minutes.
For dip, in a bowl add olive oil, curd, aniseeds, icing sugar & mix well.
Garnish the dish with dip & aniseeds.
Your Aniseed Dinner Rolls are ready.
