INGREDIENTS
For the marinate
¼ kg chopped mutton
1” ginger sliced
2 tsp ginger paste
4 tsp ghee
For the gravy
1 cup desi ghee
2 dry red chillies broken
2 onions sliced
1 tbsp ginger finely chopped
1 tsp ginger paste
4 tbsp yogurt
PROCESS
Marinate the mutton in a mixture of the ginger paste, sliced ginger, salt and ghee. Leave it to rest for about 10 minutes.
To make the gravy pour the ghee in a pan and sauté the red chillies and onions till the onions appear golden brown. The add the chopped ginger and ginger paste. Add the mutton to the pan on a high heat and sear it. Then add the beaten yogurt to the pan and leave it to cook. Make sure the mutton is cooked and then serve
