Black Bean Hemp Burgers



INGREDIENTS
As required Coconut Oil
1 cup Finely Chopped Onion
2-3 tsp Finely chopped garlic
3-4 tbsp Red Bell Pepper
3-4 tbsp Yellow Bell Pepper
2 tbsp Hemp
2-3 tbsp Quinoa soaked in warm water
3-4 tbsp Baked Beans
3-4 tbsp Cannellini Beans
1 cup Canned Black Beans
1 cup Boiled Brown Rice
4 tbsp Miso Paste
2 tsp Red Chilli Sauce
2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Hungarian Paprika Powder
To taste Salt
1 no Onion
1 no Tomato
For the Salad
7-8 nos Sun dried tomato
1 tbsp Baked Beans
1 tbsp Black Beans
1tbsp Cannellini Beans
1tbsp Quinoa
1tbsp Red Bell Pepper
1 tbsp Yellow Bell Pepper
2 tbsp Hemp
To taste Olive Oil
2-3 sprigs Parsley
1 tbsp Miso Paste
For Greasing
Butter spray

PROCESS
Heat coconut oil in a pan and add onion, garlic, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, hemp, quinoa, baked beans, cannellini beans, black beans and brown rice and cook and remove it in bowl.
Now in the bowl with the prepared mixture, add miso paste, red chili sauce, cayenne pepper, Hungarian paprika powder and salt and mash it.
Then in a pan keep cutters greased with butter spray put the mashed mixture in it and also spray a little butter on top and cook the patties for 2- 2 ½ minutes .Meanwhile in a bowl mix sundried tomatoes, baked beans, black beans, cannellini beans, quinoa, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, hemp, parsley, olive oil and miso paste and prepare a salad.
Then in a pan toast the buns, and also spray the buns with butter spray. Then apply miso paste, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions, sundried tomatoes, quinoa, parsley, the prepared patties, a few more sundried tomatoes and cover it with another bun.
Your Black bean hemp burgers are ready.
