Method
For burger dough: Take a luke warm water add 1-1/2 tbsp of yeast and 1 tsp of sugar mix it well and leave it for 15 minutes. When the yeast is raised add 300 grams of all purpose flour, 2-3 tbsp of butter, 1 egg, add 2 tsp of baking powder mix it well and make dough, cover the mixing bowl with plastic cling leave it 2-3 hours. Now take it out and fold the dough with the help of hands then set it into mould and bake it in preheated oven on 200 C. Take it out the burger buns are ready. For filling: Take a chopper add ½ kg beef mince , 1-2 tbsp of curd, 1 tsp of all spice powder. 1 tbsp of cumin powder, 1 tbsp of crushed red chili powder, 1 finely chopped onion, 3-4 finely chopped green chilies, ½ bunch of coriander, 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 2 eggs and add to taste salt mix it well and make small patties, then take a fry pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil, heat the oil and fry the patties. Now cut the buns into the middle then take the bun place the patties, 1 tomato slice and some grated mozzarella cheese repeat the process twice and thrice. At last place the dish into the preheated oven and bake it till the cheese is melt and take it out in a serving platter and serve
