Chicken Corn Soup



Ingredients
Chicken 1 ½ kg
Stock 1 liter
Eggs 2
Cream of Corn 1 small Tin
Sesame Seed Oil few drops
White Pepper 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Chicken Cube Flour 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Corn Flour 3 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method
Cook chicken and make small pieces of it.
Take out 1 cup out of 1 liter stock and keep it aside.
In remaining stock add in, 1 liter cream of corn and cook it of low flame. When it boils, add in 1 tbsp chicken cube flour, sugar, white pepper and chicken pieces and cook it. The add in oil and beat 2 eggs.
Separately dissolve cornflour in water and mix it slowly.
Then remove the pan from the stove.
Add in eggs slowly, then again keep the pan in the stove.
Add in few drops of sesame seed oil and serve.
