Ingredients
Chicken Pieces (Boneless) 1 kg
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Ginger Paste 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
White Vinegar 1 tbsp
Crushed Red Chili ½ tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Vegetables:
Oil 1 tsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
White Vinegar 1 tbsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
For Sauce:
Tomatoes 3
Soya Sauce 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
White Vinegar 1 tbsp
Tomato Sauce 2 tbsp
Method
Hammer the chicken and add in 1 tsp garlic paste , ginger paste, white vinegar, soya sauce, 1tsp sugar, red chili flakes and salt. Keep it for ½ an hour.
Put the chicken pieces in the pan and cook till the water dries.
Add in the tomatoes, capsicum and chopped onions. Fry them
Add in 1 tbsp soya sauce, vinegar, ½ tsp sugar, salt and ½ tsp black pepper and mix it.
Boil rice.
At the time of serving, in a pan, add in 4 tbsp oil, chopped garlic and fry till golden brown.
Mix chicken, vegetables and sauce. Serve.
