Pav Bhaji



INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp oil
2 finely chopped chopped onions
2 finely chopped chopped capsicum
2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
4 finely chopped tomatoes
Salt to taste
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1 cup chopped green peas
1 cup chopped carrots
4 boiled potatoes
2 tbsp butter
4 pav
1 tbsp butter
For serving
Sliced onions as required
Sliced lemon as required

PROCESS
Heat some oil in a pan.
Add finely chopped onions and fry till they become golden brown.
Then add some finely chopped capsicum and stir a little.
Now add the pav bhaji masala and mix it well.
Then add the chopped tomatoes. They must be large.
Now add some salt.
Put the cauliflower, peas and carrots into the grinder
Add and water and stir.
Grind it now to make a fine vegetable puree.
Now put some boiled potatoes in a pan. Mash them.
To this, add the puree to this. Mix well.
Now add two spoons of butter to this and half a cup of water.
With the help of a masher, mash this all.
By adding a little water at a time, keep cooking for 15-16 minutes.
Now take some Pav bread and place it on a buttered pan. Roast the bread so that it absorbs the butter and cooks.
Garnish the Pav Bhaji with sliced onions and lime and serve.
