Chicken Yakhni by Tahir Chaudhary


Ingredients:
Chicken Wings 400 gm
Carrots (Medium) 1
Onion/Spring Onion 1
Turnips 1
Garlic Cloves 2-3
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Black Pepper ¼ tsp
Salt To taste
Cinnamon Stick 1
Taara Garam Masala ¼ tsp
Water 1 liter

Method:
Add all ingredients in the water including chicken and boil about 1-2 hours on low flame.
Remove fat from surface time to time with a slotted spoon.
Then strain and remove chicken and vegetables.
Now add Salt and black Pepper
Serve hot.
