INGREDIENTS
½ kg medium-sized shrimp, shelled, deveined and split
7-8 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tbsp butter
5-6 basil leaves, chopped
salt to taste
1 lemon, juice
2tsp tabasco sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano
bunch of parsley, chopped
Lemon zest
PROCESS
Mix together the crushed garlic, salt, black peppercorns.
Add the shrimp and marinate it.
Heat a pan over medium high heat.
Add olive oil, chopped garlic, basil leaves, shrimp and garlic mixture. Toss the shrimp.
Add lime juice.
Once flame subsides, add oregano and parsley. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
