Chopped Tomato : 1 no.
Chopped Onion : 1 no.
Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper: 1 no.
Chopped Red Bell Pepper : 1 no.
Chopped Green Bell Pepper : 1 no.
Chopped Green Chilli : 1 no.
Sweet Corns : 1 cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil : 2 -3 tsp
Oregano : 1 tsp
Salt : to taste
Black Pepper Powder : to taste
Coriander leaves : few
For Garnish
Coriander leaves

PROCESS
In a bowl, add chopped tomato, onion, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, green chilli , sweet corns, extra virgin olive oil, oregano, salt , black pepper powder & mix well.
Add coriander leaves & mix.
Garnish with coriander leaves & extra virgin olive oil.
