Nachini Coated Onion Rings



INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cup onion rings
3 tsp refined flour
1 green tomato
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
For The Batter
¼ cup finger millet flour
2 tbsp grated coconut
Salt to taste
1 tbsp red chili powder
2 tbsp curd
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp oil
For Serve
Mayonnaise as required
For Garnish
1 coriander leaf

PROCESS
For the matter in a bowl mix finger millet flour, grated coconut, salt , red chili powder, curd, water, refined flour and baking soda. Then add some oil and keep it aside for 10 to 12 minutes.
Apply salt and refined flour on the onion rings.
Cut a green tomato then coat the onion rings in the prepared batter and fry them in hot oil.
Coat the chopped green tomato in the batter and fry them
Put the onion rings in a stand and chop the fry green tomatoes and keep them with the onion rings, serve it with mayonnaise.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
