Soft Sponge Cake



Ingredients
1 cup maida
3 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 cup sugar refined
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/4 cup melted butter/oil
Method
Firstly you've to beat eggs perfectly then add sugar, vanilla essence, butter/ oil & pinch of salt then again beat it until a smooth texture you will get then put flour into it, and if you're making chocolate cake then add a spoon of coco powder as well.meanwhile Grease a pan and then pour the cake material into the cake pan and bake it at 180 C for 25-30 minutes/until tooth pick inserted and comes out clean, once done let it cool completely, then decorate it with cream and whatever you like!
