Ragi Dosa And Peanut Chutney



INGREDIENTS
For The Dosas
1 cup washed urad dal
2 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 cup fenugreek seeds soaked overnight
1 cup fenugreek seeds soaked overnight
3 tbsps ragi flour
½ cup rice soaked overnight
¼ tsp sugar
Salt to taste
For The Chutney
1 cup peanuts roasted
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp green chillies chopped
4 tbsps coconut grated
2 tbsps oil
Salt to taste
For The Garnish
Coriander as needed

PROCES
Blend the soaked black gram, fenugreek seeds and soaked rice in a food processor to make a batter. Transfer this mixture into a bowl and stir in the ragi flour, sugar, salt and water. Leave this for ferment at room temperature. To make a dosa grease a non stick pan and pour in a ladle-full of batter. Spread this batter to make a dosa and drizzle a little oil over. Cook on both sides and then transfer into a serving plate and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
To make the chutney grind the peanuts, lemon juice, green chillies, grated coconut, water, oil and salt in a food processor.
Serve this along with the dosa.
