Breakfast Yogurt Parfait



INGREDIENTS
1 cup muesli
1 cup strawberries (or any seasonal fruit)
1 kiwi
1 green apple
2 tbsps brown sugar
3 tbsps lemon juice
½ cup whisked yogurt
1 lemon
3 tbsps honey
1 tsp walnuts roasted
1 tsp almonds roasted
½ cup apples grated

PROCESS
Begin by transferring the whisked yogurt into a mixing bowl. Combine with the grated apple, almonds, walnuts and honey. Mix all the ingredients well.
Slice the strawberries and the kiwis.
To assemble the parfait you can use a martini glass or any other glass of your choice. Begin by pouring a couple of table spoons of yogurt mixture in to form a layer. Then make a layer of fruits. Repeat the process, filling the glass with alternating layers of yogurt and fruit.
