Prawns deveined
Onion
Tomatoes
Tamarind juice
Garam masala
Green chilies
Curry leaves
Ginger garlic paste
Fresh coriander
Salt
Red chili powder
Turmeric
PROCESS
Heat the oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and chopped onions to it and saute for some time.
To this add the chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilies, curry leaves, fresh coriander, red chili powder, turmeric, prawns and some water and steam it for some time.
Add salt to taste, tamarind juice and garnish with fresh coriander before serving
