Anjeer Ka Halwa


Ingredients
Fig 250 grams
Semolina 250 grams
Khoya 250 grams
Milk 500 grams
Sugar ½ cup
Crushed Green Cardamom ½ tsp
Clarified Butter ½ cup
Method
First take 250 grams of fig wash it and make a paste. Take a cooking pan add ½ cup of clarified butter add ½ tsp of crushed green cardamom when its popping add 250 grams of fig paste , 250 grams of semolina , 250 grams of khoya and ½ cup of sugar and roasted then add ½ kg of milk and mix it when the mixture is thicken roasted until the clarified butter comes up. At last take it out in a serving bowl and serve it.
