INGREDIENTS
1 cup flour
salt to taste
1 tbsp ghee
water
1/2 cup soaked moong daal
1-2 spring onion
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp ghee
1 cup whipped yogurt
PROCESS
Add flour, salt, ghee, water
mix well n knead it into a dough
Add moong daal, spring onion, chilli powder, cumin powder, salt
Mix well
Flatten the dough
fill the filling
Seal it
Roll the dough
Cook it in a pan
Apply ghee
