Blueberry Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS
Canned blueberries 7-8
Blueberry sauce 2 tbsp
Cream cheese 1tbsp
Milk chilled 250ml
Canned blueberries 100gms
Cream cheese 4 tbsp
Blueberry ice cream 2 scoop
Powdered sugar 4 tsp
Ice cubes 2 no
Garnish
Frozen/ canned blueberries
Blueberry sauce
Blueberry ice cream
Mint leaf

PROCESS
In a blender add blueberry, cream cheese, milk, blueberry ice cream, powdered sugar and ice.
Blend until it gets smooth mixture.
In glass add canned blueberries at the bottom layer. Over on top make layer of cream cheese and pour blender mixture.
Garnish with blueberries, mint leaves, blueberry sauce and blueberry ice cream.
Blueberry cheesecake is now ready to serve.
