Fruit Croissants



INGREDIENTS
1 cup Butter
2 nos. Egg
50 gram Sugar
1-2 cups All Purpose Flour
2 tbsp Yeast Soaked in Water
For filling
1 cup Chocolate Cubes
1 cup Roughly Chopped Dry Fruits
For greasing
Butter
For sprinkle
Maida/ All Purpose Flour
for garnish
Candies

PROCESS
In a bowl, add butter, eggs, sugar, all purpose flour and dry yeast soaked in water to prepare a dough.
Now sprinkle all purpose flour and roll out the prepared dough also apply butter on it and fold it. Repeat this procedure for two- three times and then wrap the dough in aluminium foil and keep it in fridge.
Then on frozen dough sprinkle all purpose flour and roll it and cut into triangular shapes.
Now, stuff the croissants with chocolate cubes and roughly chopped dry fruits.
In a baking tray, sprinkle all purpose flour and place prepared croissants and coat it with butter and bake it in preheated oven at 180 degree C for 15 minutes.
Garnish the prepared croissants with chocolate sauce and candies.
Your Dry Fruit Croissants are ready.
