INGREDIENTS
Soya Milk: 1 cup
Chopped Beetroot : 1 no.
Deseed & chopped Plum : 2 nos.
Water : as required
Honey: 1 tsp.
White Chocolate: 1 slab
For Garnish
Biscuit Crumbs
Whipped Cream
PROCESS
In a pan, add soya milk, chopped beetroot & let it cook.
Remove the mixture into a blender & blend it.
Now pour the mixture into the pan, add white chocolate & mix well.
In another pan, add water, honey, plum & cook it.
Garnish the drink with biscuit crumbs & whipped cream.
Serve the drink with waffles & cooked plums.
Your Fruity Hot Chocolate is ready.
