Vegetables Rice Pot


Ingredients
Boiled Rice 300 grams
Garlic ( Finely Chopped) 3-4 cloves
Finely Chopped Green Chilies 1
Finely Chopped Capsicum 1
Cabbage Half
Finely Chopped Carrot 1
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Tomato Paste ½ cup
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
Spring Onion 2-3
Finely Chopped Coriander ½ bunch
Olive Oil 1-2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
Take a cooking pan add 1-2 tbsp of oil, heat the oil add 3-4 finely chopped garlic cloves and fry.now add 1 finely chopped green chilies , 1 finely chopped capsicum,1/2 cabbage ,1 finely chopped carrots,1/2 bunch finely chopped coriander and fry add 1 tsp crushed black pepper,1/2 of turmeric powder,1/2 cup of tomatoes paste , 2 tbsp of lemon juice ,1 tbsp chilli sauce and to tsate salt mix it well and cook.Now add 300 grams of boiled rice mix it well and steam the rice. When the steam is done take it out in a serving platter anf garnish with 2-3 strands of spring onion and serve it.
