FRUIT COCKTAIL FLAN


Ingredients for Flan:
Eggs 4
Sugar 4 ounces
Flour 4 ounces
Baking powder ½ tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Ingredients for Toping:
Whipped cream 1 cup
Fruit cocktail 1 tin
Vanilla essence few drops
Strawberry jelly 1 packet

METHOD:
Beat eggs and sugar till light and creamy. Fold in flour and baking powder with vanilla essence. Pour mixture in a flan tin and bake for 15 to 20 minutes on 180 degrees. Remove and cool. Soak it with fruit cocktail syrup and whipped cream. Arrange fruit cocktail over flan topped with cooked jelly mixture allow it to set and decorate with cream.
